SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages Bournias Group LLC (“The Bournias Group”) sends to clients about their requests and consultations. We only text about requests and consultations you made with us, never marketing. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Effective date: November 3, 2026.

The program

What we send: a text confirming your request or consultation booking, a text when a consultation is rescheduled, updated or cancelled, and a reply if you text our number. No marketing texts.

How you sign up

When you contact us by phone, our staff or our virtual assistant asks for the best number to reach you, reads it back, and tells you we will text your confirmation to that number. By giving us your mobile number and confirming it, you agree to receive texts about your requests and consultations at that number. Texts are not required: you can ask us not to text you, and we will confirm by email instead.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your requests and bookings, usually one text for each request, booking, change or cancellation. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from us. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END and QUIT also work. We will send one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing more. To start again, reply START.

Please note: replying CANCEL also unsubscribes you from all texts. It does not cancel your consultation or request. To change or cancel, call us at (800) 498-2997.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
